Drop Off and Collection Procedure

Due to the struggle with limited parking, we have decided to enforce a new drop off and collection policy. Parents/ carers are reminded that gymnast safety is prioritised during drop off and collection times, therefore parents are asked to wait patiently until it is safe to move their vehicle.

Preschool/ OpenGym 

For Pre-school classes, parents should arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time and arrive 5 minutes prior to class finishing time ready for collection at the end of session. Parents are required to sign their children out of classes. Parents/ carers are reminded that gymnast safety is prioritised during drop off and collection times, therefore parents are asked to wait patiently until it is safe to move their vehicle.

Recreational Classes

Parents/ Carers are kindly asked to drop gymnasts off 5 minutes before class start time and collect gymnasts at the end of their class finishing time. Gymnasts will be walked to the car by the coaches unless they are 12 yrs or over.  We have two gates to access the carpark which should help to reduce congestion both in the gym and car park. We also ask that parents take full advantage of street parking as well to further help with the issue of parking.  Parents/ carers are reminded that gymnast safety is prioritised during drop off and collection times, therefore parents are asked to wait patiently until it is safe to move their vehicle.
