Refund Policy 

Annual Membership Refund 

We will not provide a refund for our annual membership fee.

Preschool and Recreational Term Refunds
All term bookings must be paid in full prior to your Childs first session.  

Refunds will be made within the first 14 days from the time of booking.

Unfortunately we will not provide refunds on bookings after the 14 days time period from booking .

We will only provide make up sessions for classes cancelled by us and will not provide make up  sessions for missed classes due to holidays, or illness.

Classes cancelled by us due to a Global Pandemic, Adverse Weather Conditions, Weather Warnings, Flooding or Blackouts will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Competitive Programme Refund

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your monthly competitive class fees and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your membership application form. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you select to commence your membership immediately, or you ask us to start your membership early, you agree that if you subsequently cancel your monthly competitive class fees within the 14 day period, you will be refunded any monies paid, less an amount for the of sessions you have already used commencing from the first day after joining.

There will be no refund for members cancelling their monthly competitive classes  after this 14 Day Period

You may terminate your  monthly competitive classes at any point by cancelling your direct debit with your bank or cancelling your pre authroisation with LoveAdmin  allowing 4 working days for the bank to action this. All Competitive Members must give the academy one months prior notice if they decide to cancel their classes by emailing or writing to the Academy. 

In the above circumstances your membership will remain in force until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will automatically terminate.

Central Gymnastics Academy will only provide make up sessions for classes cancelled by us and can not provide make sessions for missed classes due to holidays or illness.

Camp Bookings Refund
Cancellations made to camp bookings  will be refunded as follows:


Refunds will be made within the first 14 days from the time of booking.

Unfortunately we will not provide refunds on bookings after the 14 days time period from booking .

We will only provide make up sessions for classes cancelled by us and will not provide make up  sessions for missed classes due to holidays, or illness.

Classes cancelled by us due to a Global Pandemic, Adverse Weather Conditions, Weather Warnings, Flooding or Blackouts will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Birthday Parties Refund
Cancellations made to Birthday Party bookings  will be refunded as follows:

    • Deposits will not be refunded
    • Cancelations 3 weeks before - no additional payment
    • 2 weeks before -  50% of your remaining booking costs must be paid
    • 1 week before - full party must be paid for.
    • day of new term -full party must be paid for.
    • no shows-  full party must be paid for.
Uniform Refund 
Academy uniform is made to order and therefore the academy will no provide a refund for uniform. It is our members responsibility to ensure that correct sizes are ordered.

Competition Entry Fees 
All competition entry fees are non refundable and non transferable. 

Events 
All tickets to our events including but not limited to our Super Summer Sleepover ,Summer party, Halloween Party,  Awards Evening and Movie Nights are non refundable. However parents are able to sell their tickets on but the Academy will not be able to aid in this process.
