Refund Policy 

Annual Membership Refund 

The academy will not provide a refund for our annual membership fee.

Preschool and Recreational Term Refunds 
All term bookings must be paid in full prior to your Childs first session. All new members will receive a refund of the remaining term if their child does not wish to continue with the term after their second session. Gymnasts who wish to continue with the term after their second session will not receive a refund for the remaining term if a cancellation is made during a term. 

All existing or returning members will not receive a refund for cancellations during a term. 

Cancellations made before a term start will be refunded as follows:
  • 4 weeks before - full refund 
  • 3 weeks before - 75% of your booking cost
  • 2 weeks before -  50% of your booking cost 
  • 1 week before - no refund 
  • day of new term - no refund 
  • no shows-  no refund 
Central Gymnastics Academy will only provide make up sessions for classes cancelled by us and can not provide make sessions for missed classes due to holidays or illness.

Competitive Programme Refund 
No refund will be giving for members cancelling their competitive classes during a month. 
All Competitive Members must give the academy on months prior notice if they decide to cancel their classes. 

Central Gymnastics Academy will only provide make up sessions for classes cancelled by us and can not provide make sessions for missed classes due to holidays or illness.

Camp Bookings Refund 
Cancellations made to camp bookings  will be refunded as follows:
  • 4 weeks before - full refund
  • 3 weeks before - 75% of your booking cost
  • 2 weeks before -  50% of your booking cost
  • 1 week before - no refund
  • day of new term - no refund
  • no shows-  no refund

Uniform Refund 
Academy uniform is made to order and therefore the academy will no provide a refund for uniform. It is our members responsibility to ensure that correct sizes are ordered.
