A massive Well Done to All our Girls who competed this year in Scottish Levels Championships! We had gymnasts competing across Level 6, 5 and 4 in a wide range of age categories. 

• Eilidh placed 7th Overall, 3rd Bars,4th Beam

• Arianna placed 3rd overall, 6th on Beam and is the 2018 Level 6 Bars champion with a score of 12.350. 
  
• Megan placed 7th on Beam and 32nd overall out of 79 gymnasts.

• Zara placed 6th overall, 2nd on Bars and 9th on Vault. 
  
• Kendra placed 23rd overall out of 67 gymnasts
  

•  Alyssa placed 5th on Beam and 18th overall. 
  
• Amy placed 20th overall out of 46 gymnasts
  

•  Islay placed 12th overall and 5th on Vault. 
  
• Kirsty placed  10th on Vault16th and overall out of 27 gymnasts
  

• Lizzie placed 7th overall, 7th on Vault, 8th on Beam and 5th on Floor
  
• Breagh placed 12th overall and 4th on Beam
  

• Kara placed 4th overall, 6th on Vault, 5th on Beam and 2nd on Floor. 
  
• Tia placed 27th overall out of 73 gymnasts
  

• Lucy competed against 26 other gymnasts in her age group and placed 2nd Overall, 3rd on Vault, 4th on Bars, 5th on Beam and 7th on Floor 
  

This month we have had our two piece girls and boys competed in the Annual Hillfoots Floor and Vault competition held in Alva . Our Gymnasts looked fantastic and brought home a variety of Medals and Ribbons

This was our first year hosting our Annual Club Championships in our new home. To Celebrate the occasion we went all out to boast our gymnasts competition experience! We had over 150 Gymnasts compete in our 3 day event from 4yrs -15yrs in a variety of different categories from Beginner to Elite. We Crowned 19 Club Champions in their respective age group and category as well as awarding gymnasts 1st-6th place overall and on each piece of apparatus they competed on, as wells as rewarding every single gymnast who competed with a participation certificate. 

Scottish Grade 2018 
This year we had 18 Girls competing at The Scottish National, Regional and Club Grades!
We had:

• Two commended Passes at National 5
• One Pass at National 4 
• One Pass at National 3 
• Three Commended Passes at Regional 4 and a 6th Place Overall
• Three Commended Passes at Regional 3
• One Commended Pass at Regional 1
• Two Distinctions and Two Commended Passes at Club 6 and a 4th Place Ribbon on Range and Conditioning 
• Three Commended Passes at Club 5

Fantastic Work Ladies!

During the Easter Holidays we moved into our New Facility in Munro Rd. This new Facility has meant that we have been able to increase our membership and open up new classes to allow more Children in Stirling and the surrounding areas the opportuinty to participate in gymnastics. The new facility has also provide our current members with a state of the art training arena which will help enhance their training experience within the Academy.

Well done to all our girls who competed in  the Grade 6 &5 Competition at the weekend. All our girls passed with Distinction.  A special mention to Lilia who finished 11th all round with 61.084 as well as 9th on Beam with 12.550,  Kirsty finished 20th overall and 8th on Floor and Islay finished 21st overall and 3rd on Vault well done girls!

Well done to all our girls who competed in the Dundonald Floor and Vault Competition today fantastic routines from everyone. A special mention to Seona and Callie who placed 3rd overall in their age groups!

Congratulations to our Womens Artistic 4- piece Squad who all passed the respective Grades this weekend

• Lucy competed  in Regional Grade 1. Lucy passed with distinction with a score of 58.951 placing 4th overall, 1st on Bars, 2nd on Vault, 7th on Floor and 8th on Beam and Range!
  
• Demi- Lee and Tia  competed in Regional Grade 3. Both girls passed with Commended!
  
• Katie and Caitlin competed in Regional Grade 2 . Katie passed with Commended with a score of 54.850. Caitlin passed with distinction with a score of 58.317 placing 14th overall, 9th on Bars and 8th on Range!
  
• Breagh and Lizzie who both passed Regional Grade 4! The Girls competed against 128 gymnasts from all over Scotland. Breagh placed 27th overall and 9th on Beam with a score of 59.876 passing with Distinction and Lizzie placed 87th with a score of 55.550 passing with Commended even after two unfortunate falls on Beam!

A huge Well Done to our Level 5 Girls who competed in their first Team competition this weekend (26/11/2017). The Girls performed wonderfully and placed 17th out of a total of  29 team. Congratulations also goes to Lucy who placed 1st out of 126 Gymnasts.

Well Done to our gymnasts who competed in the Hillfoots Floor and Vault Competition on the 24th of Semptember 2016.  A huge Congratulations goes to Lillia who placed 2nd All Round and to Jonah who placed 1st All Round in the categories.

Congratulations to all the Girls who competed in the Scottish Voluntary Levels 5 & 6 held in Perth on the 3rd and 4th of September 2016. All the girls competed fantastically and even the Floor judges commented on how beautiful all our girls Floor routines were!

Congratulations to all our Gymnasts who competed in our Annual Championships held in The Academy on the 19th of June 2016. Everyone had fantastic routines and impressed all the coaches, judges and parents.

On the 18th of June 2016 the Academy welcomed former British National Coach Nick Ruddock in to our gym. Nick spent the day working with our Women's Artistic Squads and Coaches. This was an excellent learning experience for both the gymnasts and the coaches.

After a difficult competition on the 6th of March against teams from Scotland, England and Northern Ireland and an unfortunate fall our team still managed to place 2nd All Round!!! Well done gymnasts your were amazing!!

A huge Well Done to our Level 4 Youth Micro Mixed Team who competed in the 2016 Scottish TeamGym Open on the 7th of February 2016. The Team Consisted of Luisa Tortolano, Georgia Mckenzie, Robbie Hay and Iain Middleton. This was the first time the Academy had entered a team into the Scottish Open and are proud to say that after a tough competition our gymnasts were crowned Scottish Champions.
